A supportive, personalized 2-hour in person or virtual session designed to help you feel informed, confident, and at ease as you navigate feeding your baby. Together, we’ll explore evidence-based education, gentle guidance, and practical support to help you better understand your baby’s cues, feeding patterns, and what to expect in the early days.

This session creates space for your questions while offering reassurance and clarity, helping you build confidence in your feeding journey and your ability to respond to your baby’s needs.

This service is non-clinical and educational in nature. I am not a lactation consultant, lactation counselor, certified educator, or medical provider, and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to discuss any medical concerns with their healthcare provider, and referrals will be provided if needed.

Empower your partner to feel confident, prepared, and actively involved in your birth experience. This 2-hour, in person or virtual session is designed to give them the tools and understanding needed to support you with intention and ease. Together, we’ll explore effective comfort techniques, supportive positioning, and ways to respond to the natural flow of labor.

Your partner will also learn practical communication skills, how to advocate alongside you, and how to remain a steady, reassuring presence throughout each stage of labor. This session helps transform uncertainty into confidence, allowing your partner to show up feeling capable, connected, and ready to support you in a meaningful way.

Together, we’ll walk through the stages of labor, common birth options, and a variety of comfort techniques to support you physically and emotionally throughout the process.

You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what to expect, how to navigate decisions as they arise, and how to create a birth experience that feels aligned with your preferences. This session also provides space for questions, helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident moving into labor.
