A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Victoria!

I am a birth and postpartum doula trained through Harmony Doula Mentoring, with additional education in both childbirth and lactation support. I have had the privilege of witnessing 10 births across a variety of settings, each one deepening my understanding of how unique every journey can be. These experiences allow me to approach care with openness, adaptability, and deep respect for each family’s individual needs. I am committed to ongoing education so I can continue providing thoughtful, evidence-based support during one of the most meaningful and transformative times in your life.

Supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is truly an honor to me. I value building genuine, trusting relationships with the clients I serve, and I approach each journey with compassion, intention, and respect. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and fully supported every step of the way.

I am especially passionate about advocacy, informed consent, and ensuring that you fully understand your rights and options throughout your care. You deserve to feel confident in your decisions, and I am here to help you navigate information, ask questions, and feel empowered in your choices.

I also bring a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, recognizing that past experiences can shape how we move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where your autonomy is honored, your boundaries are respected, and your voice remains central in every decision.

As a hands-on doula, I offer active, engaged support throughout your experience. This may look like open communication, gentle guidance, thoughtful questions, and steady encouragement as you prepare for and move through your journey. I am here not only as support, but as someone who is fully present and deeply invested in your care.

Our Motto & Why

There was a season in my life that felt incredibly heavy—uncertain, overwhelming, and dark in ways that are hard to put into words. During that time, I came across a simple quote that I held onto tightly:

“Light will always find its way.”

It became a quiet reminder to me that no matter the circumstances, how I felt, or how others treated me, the light would return—and that I would be okay. And over time, that truth proved itself again and again.

Through that experience, I realized how powerful it is to simply be present with someone. Not to fix. Not to control. Just to hold space—to be a steady, grounding presence when everything else feels uncertain.

I began to see how often families move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure of their choices. And in those moments, what’s needed most isn’t more noise—it’s steadiness. Safety. Someone to gently remind them, “You’re not alone.”

That is where Harborlight was born.

Like a harbor light standing quietly at the edge of the water, I don’t steer the ship or choose the direction. I offer guidance, reassurance, and a safe, supportive presence—so you can move through your journey feeling confident, informed, and truly cared for.

Because even in the most uncertain moments, the light will find its way. And so will you.
